I’ve been enjoying my copy of The America’s Test Kitchen Healthy Family Cookbook from America’s Test Kitchen, but I don’t want to keep it all to myself – so I’m giving away a copy! To make things even sweeter, this book has been signed by Chris Kimball! I wish I could say that I had one for everyone, but I have only one copy to give away to a lucky reader. To read a full review of the book, check out this post.
To enter the contest, leave a comment with your favorite America’s Test Kitchen recipe – whether it was from Cook’s Illustrated, Cook’s Country or one of their many cookbooks – below. If you can’t choose just one, you can always try making the Everyday Cinnamon Rolls, which just might be an instant favorite as a lighter, healthier version of gooey cinnamon rolls! The contest ends tonight at midnight and the winner will be randomly selected from the entries. Don’t forget to fill in your e-mail on the comment form (it will not be public), as that is how I will contact the winner, and good luck!
Update: Comments are closed. Thanks for participating, everyone! Congrats to Debby of A Feast for the Eyes, who was chosen as the winner!

January 17, 2011CI’s thin crust pizza recipe was our ray of light when we lived in an area where thick and chewy pizza crusts are the norm. We could recreate our favorite New Haven-style pizza at home!

January 17, 2011I’m dying to try those Everyday Cinnamon Rolls–they don’t have eggs like many other recipes, so my kids who are allergic will love them!

January 17, 2011After your post this morning I went looking for the book online to see how much it would cost me! I’m glad I decided to hold off a little bit. The recipe I make over and over with rave reviews is the ATK ground beef tacos. They are so much better than using the taco seasoning mix that comes in the little package.

January 17, 2011I can’t remember the exact name of the recipe, but I love making a pork tenderloin with a honey/rosemary wet rub that I saw from someone else’s food blog who referenced ATK as the source. It is one of the most delicious pork recipes I have ever eaten.

January 17, 2011There are so many! Our Tivo is filled with past episodes and we finally broke down and ordered the cookbook/DVD set! A few of my favorites are the Grilled Salmon with Lime-Jalapeno Glaze (works great on shrimp and chicken too!) and the Classic Macaroni and Cheese (great for potlucks!)
Thanks for the giveaway – you really can’t go wrong with recipes from any of their sites/shows!
Kristi
January 17, 2011Let’s see, steak au poive with brandied cream sauce. Or maybe their quick cinnamon buns (I shall have to try the lighter version). I’ve had great success with their pumpkin cheesecake recipe, and prime rib. And the deep-dish pizza recipe that uses a potato dough. And their cream biscuits. And I’ve adapted their scone recipe for a few other flavor varieties (mocha chip…mmmm…). Can I just quote the entire ATK Family Cookbook and the Perfect Recipe cookbooks? Oh, and the magazine?
Even if I don’t win this copy, I’ve already added the new Healthy Cookbook to my Amazon wish list…
