Homemade Kisses for Valentine’s Day

Still looking for something quick and sweet to get your Valentine? Look no further than Bakerella‘s amazing homemade Kisses. Her kisses look like big version’s of the Hershey’s classic – down to the silver wrapper and customizable pull tags – but are perhaps even more delicious. The center of each kiss is an Oreo “truffle” made by combining crushed oreo cookies and cream cheese until the mixture is smooth and thick. Once combined, it’s pretty easy to shape the truffles into kiss shapes (or regular balls, for more conventionally shaped truffles, if you prefer) and dip them in chocolate to seal the kiss. You can pretty much sculpt them into any size you’d like, but 1 to 1.5-inches is a good, bite-size to aim for. Chill the kisses to make sure they’re firm, then wrap them up with aluminum foil to finish the look.

And, of course, deliver them to your Valentine!
