Like Anna at Cookie Madness, I didn’t know that King Arthur flour had a baking blog of their own until just recently. The blog is an interesting one because it gives us a little peek inside of a test kitchen, where there KA staff come up with their recipesand develop new product ideas for their catalogue. These new ideas are really what make the blog worth checking out, as you probably won’t get insights like this just anywhere. For instance, their post about the birth of a baking mix was interesting, given that mixes have to be foolproof and taste good. Given that they put out the samples in the kitchen for all to try, it’s one office that I certainly wouldn’t mind being in!
