  • If you’re getting a little tired of pumpkin pie already this season, you might want to consider another pumpkin dessert for Thanksgiving. Natasha’s Kitchen baked some elegant Pumpkin Creme Brulees that look so delicious, no one will miss the pie. The creme brulee is flavored with pumpkin puree and a touch of cinnamon, but also has heavy cream to make it rich and eggs to hold everything together. It’s not as difficult as it looks, and is a classic that you can make over and over again.
  • La Casa de Sweets combines two popular desserts in Pecan Pie Brownies. The recipe starts out with a batch of brownies, which are partially baked and then topped with a pecan pie mixture before being returned to the oven. You get rich chocolate brownie and crunchy, sweet pecan pie in every bite. Neither pecan pie fans nor chocolate lovers will have to be told that this is a good combination!
  • Another recipe for chocolate lovers comes in the form of the Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake that SugaryWinzy put together. This towering chocolate cake is a showstopper, with five layers of moist chocolate cake sandwiched together with a marshmallow cream filling and finished with a rich sour cream chocolate frosting. This is the perfect cake for a big party or occasion, because it will serve a big crowd and it will definitely keep people talking both before and after it is served.
  •  Pecan pie is a very over-the-top dessert, with a rich and oh-so-sweet custard beneath all of those crunchy pecans. Chockohlawty wanted to lighten it up a bit this year and baked a Vegan Maple Pecan Pie that uses no butter, no eggs, and no corn syrup – but looks as good as the “real” thing. The secret to the pie is tofu, which gives it a nice texture and acts as a binder for the filling, although you won’t be able to taste it with the maple and molasses that are added to this pie for flavor. This one is a recipe that would pair well with my Coconut Oil Pie Crust.
