April 29, 2011A good dark chocolate layer cake with a very moist but light crumb. Whipped chocolate frosting between the layers and a thick, dark chocolate ganache around the whole thing couldn’t possibly hurt, either!

I get it every year for my birthday. My husband still has a hard time remembering the specifics when he orders it for me. 🙂 He’ll get it right eventually.
