I looooooooooooooove the Snickerdoodle Blondies – I make them at least once a month! I also make a lot of chocolate-peanut-butter layered brownies for my husband, who’s a gigantic Reese’s fan.

I was craving brownies this week and had an opened bag of marshmallows laying around so I browned them on top for the last few minutes the brownies were baking. Yum! I love any type of brownie, I don’t discriminate.

Oh, I can’t choose. I’d probably go with your basic milk chocolate brownie for everyday eating. But Andes mint brownies, or ganache-topped cookie brownies (aka Crownies) are also yummy.

My favorite kind of brownies is a layered brownie with a peanut butter layer on top and a chocolate layer with peanut butter cups on the bottom, all topped by chocolate ganache. They’re so good but so rich you can’t eat very much at a time!

I love dark chocolate brownies. The darker the better. Even better if they have something good in them like dried fruit, nuts, etc.

When I was very wee, my mother used to make brownies with piles of really ripe raspberries buried in the batter. Like you said in your Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies post (those look amazing btw!), raspberries in brownie batter blend right in, so if you want to see them, they should stay on the surface. But in this case, they turned into little juicy raspberry landmines lying in wait, and they were so, so good. I still make those brownies, but they’re just not quite like Mom’s. Still my favorite though!

Chocolate brownies with thick frosting from my local bakery. Just the best.

Love all kinds of brownies, but the really soft and gooey ones (kinda half-baked) are the best.

Love a basic brownie, then mix in a variety of chips (peanut butter, white choc., butterscotch). My kids don’t go for nuts too well, so those tend to be left out.

Tough to narrow it down. PB Swirl, Turtle, German Chocolate brownies. They are all good. I guess I get a request the most for an old recipe called Espresso Swirl Brownies by Chef:Alice Medrich. Definitely one of the most popular ones in my recipe file.
