When you are cooking or baking in the kitchen, there are pans that you reach for time and again. When it comes to cooking, you can usually fudge a pan size here and there – using a large skillet instead of a medium one, or a smaller pot instead of a dutch oven – but that isn’t always the case with baking. Baking recipes are designed to be used with certain pans and not having the right equipment can mean that you need to pick a different dessert. This list is a great place to start your pan collection – or to double check and see what essentials you might be missing. As someone who has a pan-collecting problem, I don’t think that you can have too many pans as long as you have the room to store them, but you need to make room for these no matter what!
