I enjoy soups all year round. During the summer, I tend to lean towards gazpacho or salmorejo, and other cold soups. Throughout the fall and winter, I prefer hot soups. No matter what type of soup I’m enjoying, I always pair it with a good bread that I can dip into the soup. On days when I want something a bit heartier than bread alone, I transform a loaf into a batch of Cheesy Garlic Bread and I’m sharing the recipe over on the Craftsy blog (it’s free!). The easy-to-make recipe starts with a loaf of your favorite French bread – and you can use anything from a round boule to a long baguette – and tops it with a rich garlic, cheese and butter mixture that makes it almost irresistible. It is relatively indulgent, as side dishes go, but it is worth every bite. I recommend pairing it with your favorite tomato soup recipe or a tomato-based pasta dish for best results..

Thanks !
