A hot, steaming bowl of soup is the perfect supper on a cold winter night and it doesn’t get much better than One Pot Lasagna Soup. I saw variations of this recipe floating around for months (if not longer!) on sites like Pinterest before I gave in and started to make it myself, but I was hooked from first taste. The soup contains all the same ingredients that you’ll find in traditional lasagna, but put together in a unique and easy way. You can find my recipe over on the Craftsy blog (it’s free!) right now and make up a batch this weekend to ward off the chill. I guarantee that it’ll be a new family favorite!!
