Pie week is a week of celebration, both of pies and of baking in general, and I decided that a celebration calls for a giveaway. I’m giving away a copy of two of my cookbooks: the original Baking Bites Cookbook and How to Make Frozen Yogurt! The Baking Bites Cookbook is packed with delicious recipes that you won’t find here on the blog, including many pie recipes. How to Make Frozen Yogurt is my newest cookbook, a guide to making more than 50 delicious flavors of sweet-tart frozen yogurt in your own kitchen. Did you know that frozen yogurt can be just as delicious as ice cream when it is paired with pie? The prize pack will include signed copies of both books, and it will get your holiday baking off to a good start.
To enter the contest, just leave a comment on this post and tell me what your favorite kind of pie is. The winner of the contest will be chosen at random, so you will have just as good of a chance to win if you prefer a seasonal Brown Sugar Sweet Potato Pie, a decadent Dark Chocolate Cream Pie or a juicy Plum and Blackberry Pie! The contest ends Sunday at midnight (11:59pm on 11/16/2014) and one winner will be randomly selected from the entries at that time. Don’t forget to fill in your e-mail on the comment form (it will not be made public), as that is how I will contact the winner, and good luck to everyone!
If you don’t want to take your chances on the giveaway, or you want to purchase extra copies for holiday gift-giving, you can order a copy of The Baking Bites Cookbook here. If you happen to prefer your books in digital format, you can also order a copy of The Baking Bites Cookbook Kindle Edition from Amazon and can download it to your e-reader within minutes!
Update: This contest is now closed. Congrats to Erin M. on winning the prize pack. Thanks to everyone who entered!
