Baking Bites for Craftsy: English Muffin Bread

Do you like toast? I do, and this English Muffin Bread is one of the tastiest and easiest toasting breads that you can imagine. I’m sharing the recipe over on the Craftsy blog right now (it’s free!!) so you can learn how to make this bread step-by-step. The bread is a yeasted bread, but it requires no kneading and no shaping because the dough is wet and batter-like. A secret ingredient is added to help create additional holes in the bread, so you end up with plenty of nooks and crannies to fill with butter or jam after toasting.

The bread should be completely cooled after baking to make it easier to slice. If you bake the bread in an 8×4-inch loaf pan, you’ll end up with slightly taller slices, while a 9×5-inch pan will yield slightly more rectangular slices. Pick your pan based on your toaster size, so you can fit two slices in at a time easily.
