Upside Down Apron with Cooking Guide

Upside Down apron

Aprons are good for providing a clean place to quickly wipe your hands while working in the kitchen and for preventing you from getting your clothes dirty while you cook or bake. This Upside Down Apron with Cooking Guide is extremely clever because, in addition to performing all the usual apron functions, it actually helps you cook.

This apron is printed with all kinds of information to help you cook, including lists of liquid and dry measurements, Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature conversions, common abbreviations and a glossary of common cooking terms. And it doesn’t stop there. The apron gives you a roasting guide for chicken and turkey, approximate cooking times for vegetables, tells you how to check a steak for doneness, cook your boiled eggs to perfection and even has a guide to help you estimate pasta portion sizes. All of this information is printed upside down, so you can simply lift up the bottom of the apron (like turning a page, from bottom to top) to get all the cooking help you need. And for the few recipes that the apron can’t help you out with, you can always stick a recipe card or two into the side pocket for easy reference.

What a fantastic find. I’m going to order one for my mom who’s always looking this stuff up!

Okay, that is the coolest apron ever!

I have an abbreviated cooking guide on my fridge. It’s a very nice stainless steel fridge magnet, but I have to truck on over to the fridge and read the itty bitty print.

Actually wearing the guide is a much better idea!

I love it! What better way to keep instructions at arms length?
