I’ve been enjoying my copy of Fat Witch Brownies, the cookbook from Fat Witch Bakery in New York, and wanted to take the opportunity to share it with all of you readers by giving away a copy! I wish I could say that I had one for everyone, but I have just one copy to give away to one lucky reader. September 30, 2010My favorite brownie is a Black & White – Dark Chocolate brownies with a sweet cream cheese mixture dolloped on the top just before baking. Such a luscious combination!!!!! I’ve got my fingers crossed about the cookbook! It would be wonderful to try out those delicious sounding recipes! : )

September 30, 2010My favorite brownies are an old fashioned recipe my mom used as her go to recipe that she got from her aunt. They are thin and chewy(baked in a jellyroll pan) and topped with a homemade fudge-like icing that is boiled on the stovetop.

September 30, 2010Gooey, rich brownies of any kind are always wonderful, but recently I started adding chai flavoring into dark chocolate brownies. The spicy hints do not over power the chocolate but add a warm cinnamon taste that is an amazing surprise in every bite.
