Mini Pumpkin Cheesecake Pan

Miniature cheesecakes are a great way introduce both portion control and cuteness into dessert. You can always bake them in a muffin pan, but this Mini Pumpkin Cheesecake Pan gives you a few advantages that regular muffin pan doesn’t. You don’t need any paper liners for these pans because the bottoms are removable. All you need to do is loosen the sides of the cheesecake and push up on the bottom of each cavity, and the mini cheesecake will slide right out. The sides of the pan are nonstick, too, which really makes this easy to use.. Also, the cavities are pumpkin-shaped, making them perfect for fall and winter cheesecakes, even if they’re not pumpkin flavored.

  1. I make a cheesecake that has bits of chocolate bars in them. My favorite is made with Skor bar, but I’ve also tried Caramilk and Snickers. It is delicious.

  7. My mom never made cheesecake when I was little but my older sister would bring it to family meals sometimes and I remember being a BIG fan of her blueberry cheesecake! I love fruit topping on cheesecake so blueberry or cherry are certainly my favorites!

  17. this is just TOO CUTE! My favorite flavor of cheesecake (so far.. though of course i am always up to sampling to find a new favorite :) is Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake…. ESPECIALLY now that Bailey’s makes a caramel version. With a hot-chocolate mix and graham cracker crumb crust, of course SLURP!

  32. Banana cheesecake! Although I just tried Red Velvet cheesecake cake from cheesecake factory and it was DIVINE!

  33. I think a classic, baked New York Style cheesecake with the thin layer of sweetened sour cream on top is my favorite! With a cherry or strawberry sauce, of course. :-)

  35. My boyfriend loves to make cheese cake. The best two he’s made were pumpkin spice with gingersnap crust and a chocolate crust with raspberry swirl.

  36. How interesting to look at everyone’s choices. I had no idea there were so many flavor options out there. It makes me look at cheesecake (and everything else!) in a whole new way.

    I’m still going to stick with dark chocolate raspberry though…at least for right now.

    My favorite cheesecake flavor is NY-style with nothing on it. Sounds boring, I know, but if it’s creamy and indulgent, I can sit and watch a girly movie, and enjoy every bite!!!

  40. Turtle cheesecake! Love the combination of caramel and pecans. It is especially delish if you sub the pecans for cashews. But, I think everything is better with cashews.

  41. I haven’t had too many different cheesecake flavors, so I’m gonna have to go with original with strawberry topping. SO GOOD!

    Best flavour of cheesecake hands down is caramel apple, especially at this time of year.

  48. One of my favorite cheesecakes is a chocolate cheesecake sitting on a pistachio crust, covered in dark chocolate ganache and sprinkled with chopped pistachios! The sweet/salty combination is wonderful.

  50. cute pan!! my favorite flavor? so hard to decide. i do love good old fashioned american cheese cake but the one i can never resist…the strawberry cheesecake from Junior’s. the graham crackers crust is the best and so are all those little crumbles. yum!
