Levo Adjustable Cookbook Stand

It’s really nice to have a cookbook holder of some kind in the kitchen for several reasons. First, it keeps your cookbooks a little cleaner by keeping them off the counter. Second, it makes them easier to read by holding the pages open. What most cookbook holders don’t do is hold the book up at a level that is easy to read. Many are angled, which is helpful, but the Levo Adjustable Cookbook Stand is one of the few that is completely adjustable to a wide range of heights. At its lowest setting, it reaches a height of 31-in., and at its highest setting, the stand comes all the way up to 58-in.! It adjusts and swivels in several other ways, as well, so it will always be at a height and angle that is easy for you to read without constantly bending down over the counter. The stand is made of sturdy cast iron, but it is set on casters that allow it to be moved from place to place (or out of the way once you’re done using it) with ease.
Technically, the Levo Stand will work for any book, anywhere in the house, so don’t feel like you’re limited to using it in the kitchen if you would like to have a book-holder elsewhere. But I think the kitchen is where the stand does its best work: holding cookbooks open at eye level for cooks to read,
