More on soft pretzels

A while ago I posted about making soft pretzels and posted the recipe. I didn’t take any photos that time, so when I made a batch up today I snapped a few shots.
They are super easy and very tasty. I ate a few and froze the rest. Reheated pretzels aren’t as good as fresh ones if you use the microwave, but as far as I am concerned, some pretzels are better than none. The better way to reheat them is to defrost them in the microwave on low heat, then pop them into a 350F oven for about 5 minutes.

I totally agree with you! Some carbs is better than no carb at all. Emmm, I love bread.

Nice pics by the way; they made me long for a pretzel too…

Thanks candycane and Mia. I really recommend making a batch of these. Even though you have to wait for that first rise, they’re basically an hour and a half from getting out the ingredients to eating the finished product! Not to mention that they’re tasty and will impress onlookers…
